Seriously the best vape shop in town. Amanda and Lisa are always amazing. They remember your name, order, and genuinely care if you have a good experience. The prices are super competitive, the location is easy to find, it isn't shady or sketchy. This is my go to shop ever since I moved to Charlotte. 10/10 they take care of their customers.

They have a great selection and are helpful. Only advice I can give is know what you’re being charged before you put in your card! Wasn’t just once....3 times I was “accidentally” overcharged. Last time I didn’t get the difference back in money.... a store credit. Not really ok! Please notice the sign - No returns - No exchanges - No exceptions. I was being sold a tank that wouldn’t fit - luckily I opened it before it was paid for - unfortunately, I probably would have been stuck!

I wanted to thank Amanda for her great help. I had a tank that I was having a issue and was not what I expected. She handled it very well and had me walking out with a new tank. Great store and customer service!

This Smoke Shop is awesome! Very neat and clean. The customer service was great as well. I did have to take a 2nd trip and I received some excellent customer service from . Lisa and Amanda were very helpful, they made sure I that I was satisfied with everything I came in for. I really appreciate the time and patience they had helping me find the right flavor for my mod. I reccommend this store to anyone who is looking for fast, clean, efficient service to go check them out. They are awesome!

I've been to many vape shops and this was by far my best experience. Customer service was great, the shop was clean and staff was clearly knowledgeable and genuinely interested in making sure you walked away happy. Will shop here from now on for sure!
