Great place, pay a buck for lifetime sampling. Tons of sampling to do here, got the Avail Relic (rainbow sherbert), one of the best liquids I've had. Clean comfortable environment

Great place to learn about vaping. The employees there are very friendly & knowledgeable on vaping and products, and they help you from the beginning to the end. You have to try them out, especially if you are just starting out, this would be a great place to start off, good luck

I went there today and all I can say is great experience! Its been a long time for me and the improvement in the technology has made great progress. I am trying to move away from cigars and the trip today was so worth it. I wanted something economical and low maintenance but still powerful. I got what I came for far above expectation. They care about what they do here and it shows. I would like to say a special thanks to David. He definitely took the time to answer every question. Also a inspirational story of how he and his wife quit smoking and now only vape. I am trying to talk my girlfriend in to the same thing. They even have a program where you can get 15% off if you bring in a pack and quit. Great shop and good people my kind of place. Also I got a LGID mini something they make its portable, low maintenance change cartridges only, also only 20 dollars, and its definitely worth every penny. Economical but powerful and tons of flavors to choose from so the toughest part is deciding what to try but David even helped with that to. You can sample anything they have with a one dollar membership again worth it. I typically don't write reviews that often but I felt it was warranted in this case. Also again a special thanks to David promote that guy. Great experience I highly recommend going if you get the chance.

A rare diamond in an otherwise festering armpit area of Charlotte. Salespeople are always very nice, store is beautiful and CLEAN, great prices on vapes. Just make sure you have your ID with you, they card everyone every time. Used to irritate me but I appreciate their commitment to not selling to underage people.

This is the most professional vapor store I have been to by a wide margin. The inside is beautiful and their set up for trying flavors is miles above anything I've seen. The employees were all dressed professionally and were clearly immensely knowledgable about the products they sell. I was very impressed with how they managed to be very professional while also making my visit feel casual and comfortable. I don't live in the Charlotte area but they informed me there are two Avail Vapor stores where I live in tennessee and I will be going there the second I get home. Thank you luke and alli, you were phenomenal spokespeople for your brand.

Just bought my first Vaping device and Like was incredible, he took his time with me explaining everything I needed to know about vaping. He didn't try to push the most expensive products on me due to I'm new to Vaping. He suggested a good line of flavors along with a good Vaping pen, go see Luke if you want to try Vaping he is the man.

I love this place. So nice. So pristine! I thought mine was broken and went in prepared to buy another and the guy asked me to look at mine first. Took his time fixed it and kept me from spending money . AWESOME!!! Check their set up out. I've never seen a vapor place so nicely set up.

The staff here are helpful and nice, and generally very knowledgeable. They have *excellent* prices on hardware and coils, as good as online or better. They have a really nice selection of solid mods & tanks, too. But the juice.... The juice is honestly terrible. It all has this strange twang or aftertaste. They are really close to our apartment so we have tried so many different flavors of their juice, hoping we could find something we liked... But literally every single one has that weird taste. It's a shame bc otherwise I really enjoy shopping there. They're definitely my first stop for coils, tanks, and mods, though!

Absolute Worst Experience I've had in a long time!!!!! I just went to this shop about an hour ago since it's fairly proximal to my job. When I entered, the guy was assisting another lady. He lifted his gaze to mine, but never so much as acknowledged with a, "Hello, I'll be right with you," or anything of the sort. It was only when she went to her vehicle for something that he spoke, and when I told him my issue, he advised me that there was no replacement glass for my stick. He could have very easily suggested another device for me, and juice when I inquired about the flavor that I use. But his retort was, "There should be a replacement glass in your kit. Why don't you get that.". Well Einstein... If I had my kit anywhere near me, why the heck would I have come to your location. Nonetheless, I googled another nearby vape store, and Charlotte Vapes set me straight!!!

Especially loved how Sean was so cool,professional,friendly and super knowledgable on everything while showing me the perfect product that works for me and how to use it step by step.
