they was very helpful. they answered all questions I asked also let me know I can order from them with free shipping. I live out of state so didn't know if I could buy the same filters at the store we have in WV so they let me know I can order with them and it would be free shipping awesome store. highly recommend them to all my friends.

Very helpful staff! Came in just for some coils, and one of the members (sorry, already forgot his name) suggested a better deal to me than buying them singly. Making small talk, it was clear these guys were quite knowledgeable. Will return for future purchases!

Purchased a mod kit from them and wasn’t all that happy with it. I called them up and Patrick was super helpful and we agreed to do a return. You’re not going to find a more caring staff in the Vape industry then the guys at Carolina Vapor Mill. By far the best customer service out of any vape store I’ve been to will return for future purchases!!!
