The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The shop is clean, well organized and well stocked. The prices aren’t overly high like most smoke/vape shops. Buddha’s is now my go to shop.

Store has really gone downhill in the last 6 months. They used to be fully stocked on anything you could need. Not so much these days. Your current customers should never suffer for the sake of opening a new store somewhere else. If you can't afford to properly stock each store that you open, you shouldnt be trying to open new stores. The management has shown a clear and distinct unwillingness to keep their store well stocked. Quality has gone downhill significantly since opening.

I will not be returning! I was just there last week and I used my debit card with no problem. Today although I had great customer service I was unable to purchase the items I wanted because they wanted to see my ID with my debit card. I changed purses and I didn't have my ID on me. It's sad that you guys lost a regular customer. There was another guy that was turned away as well. I understand there are policies and there are reasons but you're going to lose customers. This used to be one of my favorite stores. Since this just happened I would suggest putting signs up in the store Infinity's end here I come!
