Not happy at ALL. My husband and I both have shopped here for vape needs in the past. We both have used the pen style. I went in to purchase a new one, and was upsold on a different style. Customer service was great, they seemed very knowledgeable, etc. After one week, the device had a very burned chemical taste. It was terrible. I took it back to the store to return and just purchase the pen style, and the store would not return it. They stated that perhaps it wasn't "primed" correctly. They primed it for me before I left the store!! Considering the money that my husband and I have spent in here in the past, we will not be returning. That is very poor customer service.

The customer service was exceptional. The store rep Matteo was an expert on the products I was looking to purchase. So happy that I can go to a store front and talk with knowledgeable people. This kind of service does not exist on the internet. Highly recommended.

Great variety of e-liquid and hardware. Pricess are always reasonable and much lower than other shops I've visited. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. This has been my go to shop since I first visited 2 years ago and will continue my business here.
