The guys in here just saved my life! I came from another vape store where the guy was a complete ass to me. Got here these guys were welcoming, and eager to assist me. They got me all squared away, and did so really quickly. If I lived nearby, this would be my spot. Thanks so much

After a bad experience and 100s of $ lost at another local vape shop , I went looking for a more reliable customer friendly one. I found it! I was without a mod as the previous store sold me a bad one (which they know as I brought it in and they said go to.manufacturer even though I JUST got it and Smok said most who just got something should take it back to return it to the store for manufacturer defect) Well I explained this and the staff helped me pick a nice Wismec mod to go with a cleito tank I already have which saved me money. They also gave me 25% off my coils as I bought it with a mod. And they reassured me that I can certain ly return it to them within 30 days for manufacturer defect. So NO worrying for me! And when I was trying to choose a mod they were not afraid to make a suggestion which made me more confident in my purchase. This Wismec Reuleuax is so comfortable to use and elegant .I'm hoping if I ever get my T Priv 3 back that I can gift it to my fiancee. So I chose the colors for him. :) For now we are sharing it and waiting for Smok But Vaping Happy thanks to Charlotte Vapes. thanks again! You made my day .
