Vape Haven on 1921 Pembina Hwy
Love the staff here. They are very knowledgeable and helped me when I was looking for a device. They talked me out of what I wanted, and showed me a device which was better suited to my needs AND IT WAS LESS MONEY! Will continue to go back again and again! Great job guys

Was at the Pembina location. Great service. Very knowledgeable. Awesome selection of juice and mods. Had exactly what I was looking for. I recommend this place with out a doubt.

Initial interaction was okay. Staff was not the most friendly or helpful. Selected a bottle of e juice and the staff grabbed me the corresponding bottle. Immediately I noticed juice was leaking and asked for a different bottle, he said "Sometimes they over fill them so that might be why." Continued to wipe down the bottle and sold me that one. The bottle continued to leak and got all over my belongings. Huge pain in the butt. I returned to ask to exchange the bottle and the same gentleman said "Sorry we don't do any returns or exchanges". Even after explaining the situation and it being the SAME staff I originally dealt with, my answer was still "sorry to returns". Definitely will never go back.

First time I've ever been at this store. Very friendly and helpful staff. The juice selection was very good, though I was unable to find exactly what I was after (not the store's fault- I am very particular about my juice flavours). It is definately worth checking out.

Would give 0 stars if I could. They don't stock their shelves often enough. Waited a very long time for my favorite juice, they finally got it in and their staff wouldn't sell it to me cause they hadn't counted it yet.... Very poor service. I went home and ordered straight from the supplier, had it shipped to my door in 2 days! I haven't had to go without my favorite juice since then. They always blamed the supplier for their shortages, now I know who is really to blame.
