This place has gone downhill since november/2017. They never have anything in stock. The employees are amateurs at best, who don't know their product. Their "manager" is a joke and the owners don't even treat their employees fairly or with respect. Karma!

Not going back. To many rules to follow when you buy something especially when you can't throw around hundreds of dollars when they don't work.

Very knowledgeable staff who are very helpful. The rewards card is well worth it if you are an avid vaper. Good exchange policy. Only thing is, they don't really keep the place stocked up, as I have been there for various reasons and was told they were out of stock.

Stock is usually low if you're looking to set up your kit. Had quite a bit of problems with my mod but they were eager to get everything sorted out for my satisfaction.
