I went here yesterday (Nov. 7/16 @ 15:25) to pick up some juice. I'm a beginner and the woman working was super nice! I I asked for something inexpensive and she gave me a free bottle of bubblegum juice. The bubblegum was going to be discontinued as it is not popular...tastes pretty good free! The woman told me about no tax Tuesdays and buy one get one free Thursdays. I will definitely return!

They don't have consistent invintory and all of their sample tanks are overused so it is hard to accurately try flavors before you buy them.

Hardly carry multiple types of wire. Staff isn't very knowledgeable in the products they push. Also selling me a wrong product even though I assured them it was wrong, then can't refund me and have waited over a month and a half for stock to come in. World recommend doing the research and ordering online

I agree with most of the nice comments that are here as I once thought the same. However there have been two times where they sold me the wrong product. The first time I ate it and took the expense. The most recent time I didn't want to do that so I went in and explained that I asked what coils I need for my tank. The kid took my current coil out and compared and said that this is the one I need. When I took it home and tried to replace my old coil and it wasnt right. Went back and I was told there are no refunds and I should know what I need. I said I don't thus why I asked. They sold me the wrong coils and all I wanted was to exchange it and pay the difference. I was told that I only buy a pack of coils a month and some juice so why would they do me any favors. Niece staff yes. But they are over priced and not client centric. I gave my business to them a while ago due how friendly they are and didn't care that they were more expensive. But lack of knowledge, product, combined with the lack of customer satisfaction equals a horrible over all experience. They would have been able to keep me if they would take responsibility and not blame me but they picked a different direction.
