Been wanting to try out vaping and my herb self had no clue how to start and what to expect. Luckily for me, one of the staff, Mike, was super helpful. I got great advice and the things I needed. He's also very passionate, funny, and knows his stuff. Amazing service!!

Flamingo Vape shop on Main has the best customer service around! Every time I go in there they always greet me and are happy to see me. Always willing to go the extra mile to help assist me in whatever I need whether it be a new flavor juice, or a new system for vaping. They took me in from my last store (which shall not be named) and I am loyal to them now! Thanks for being there for me! And thanks to Randy for helping me find my new favorite flavor ;)

Came into town a few days ago but seemed to be running sorta dry on flavor so I made a stop in store. Very very satisfied with the selection and quality of the products and service by Sean was amazing! Made a long time customer forshure.

I absolutely love this shop. I only buy stuff here, the only problem I've had was I bought the lemon blue raspberry (salt nicotine) and it didn't taste very good and wasn't very smooth but also it didn't really give me the energy I needed. I still went back and bought some more juice yesterday and its great tho. Great and very welcoming environment!!

I got a new vape juice and it was very bad; I basically couldn’t not inhale, when you inhale, it makes your throat super dry, unlike many of the juices I tried before. I went back the day after I bought the juice and it was still full and told the employees about the problem. They tried it and agreed there was something wrong, so they called the manager Kayla or something and she told them basically to give me a 10% discount off my next purchase and refused to refund the bad juice or exchange it. I asked to talk to her but she refused! I left disappointed and went to another store. Employees were nice and apologized but the manager doesn’t care about loyal customers!
