I have been dealing with Fat Panda on Regent for over 3 years now. The staff are what keeps me coming back. They set the example, always of how a retail store should be run with the friendly and over the top service! I can't say enough about Devin, Tia, Evan and the rest of the staff there. There service can be used as an example for other retail outlets. People don't just buy just a product they buy the service from the people at the counter. Great job guys! P.S. Jennifer's enthusiasm and willingness to help as a team player is a great asset to the team!

I was having a horrible day! Went to go get a new vape since I left mine at my girlfriends place and didn’t have time to go pick it up. Had the best experience there Tia helped me out and was just an amazingly helpful quick efficient and just overall amazing person! Definitely made my day better!! I go to the regent location all the time best staff ever!! Never disappointed. Thanks again Tia and sorry for the late review!!!

Been going to this shop for 3 years....tonight was the first time I've had a less then good experience. Kid working behind the counter (Nick) was condensing and somewhat rude talking down to me...until I asked to be served by the other person working there (Tia). She was a pleasure to deal with answered my questions and was knowledgeable and friendly.

I've tried lots of other companies/locations and I find this place is pretty good. They almost always have everything I'm looking for. (like 98% of the time. The other 2% of the time it's just been a machine I've looked for but they were sold out) And the staff seem to be very nice and are very friendly. So much that I sometimes find myself in a heavy conversation with the staff. To the point I feel almost like I'm already their friend (even if it's the first time I've seen them).

Derek is absolutely phenomenal. I’ve worked in customer service, and sales, and that man is one of a kind. He taught me a lot of things about vaping techniques, and how to use your mod correctly, that I didn’t know until today, and no other vape shop has ever told me. That man made the experience top notch for me today, and I’m rating 5 stars because without a doubt the service that I receive here warrants a full star rating. Please tell Derek that he is outstandingly great at what he does, and to never change a thing about his service and his personality because it is top notch. I will absolutely be back.

The staff at this location are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I’ve personally had no complications with this location, I’ve found this to be the best fat panda I’ve purchased from. I really appreciate the deals on the juice too !
