I bought a new vape on Friday from Vol Vapor and did not like it because it leaked oil back into my mouth when I vaped. On the back of the receipt, it says you have 7 days to bring back a product. I came in Saturday to exchange it and was told by the sales associate I could not return/get a refund because she did not have the same experience as I did with that vape. So I guess the 7 day return policy only works if the sales associate agrees with you. I ended up buying a different product but will not be shopping at Vol Vapor in the future. I hope the management will work with the staff on how to provide better customer service.

Pros: Their in house juice is ok. The store is neat and well maintained. Neutrals: Their staff is helpful sometimes. They have a small selection of good ejuice brands but they don't carry everything that is popular only things they prefer in taste. They carry 0, 3, and 6mg nicotine ejuice. Their ejuice is somewhat overpriced due to their location. Cons: Some staff members will ignore you, or make you feel rushed. The parking is extremely limited and awkward to park.
