Marleys Smoke Shop on 6410 Charlotte Pike

I don't normally frequent these types of shops but I appreciated the cleanliness and selection. The man who was running the shop today was very helpful and polite despite there being several customers he was attending to. He even took time to show us a quick demo of the vaporizer we had called about.

Franklin location is horrible. We were there for 40 minutes and the guy just stopped talking mid sentence and went to hell someone else. It was bizarre. Called the Charlotte pike location... they said the guy was new. Shouldn’t be there alone then I thought. We all eff up. Nashville location is good service.

This is the worst place I have ever been to. The customer service is garbage. I had to track down a worker 3 times while shopping. The first time i finally got the guys attention, I tried to ask him about the vape I was looking at, and he seemed annoyed, but hey didn't hurt my feelings I just thought he was having a bad day. I then told him I was going to buy the vape and he took it to the front for check out. I was still in the back picking out oils and he never returned. I had to go find the guy to let him know which one I wanted and of course they were out. So I looked around some more and ended up choosing a different oil. I had to again flag down the guy and let him know which one i wanted. Usually I'm a pretty understanding guy, if a store is crowded and the staff is short things happen. But if there's only two customers in the store and you're not helping either one of us. I should not have to beat you over the head to get a little assistance. First and last time I will ever be shopping here.

I am a regular, and I’m done with this place. The people working here are the rudest people I have ever met. I’ve been ignored and straight up called stupid and insulted. Ive had that girl working there roll her eyes at my questions, say idk bro we just mark it up and stick it out front! then notice her ride arriving and said oh thank god and left the building mid helping me, just walked away without saying anythinelse and left me alone. I just called to ask a question and mentioned I see the owner whenever I go and get help from him. The dude replied I was a liar! Just in response to my casual jovial conversation. Forget this place. Hey marleys! Don’t act like you’re better than your customers, and try to make them feel stupid and small! It’s poor businessing.
