I Love this spot. The guy who runs it is a straight shooter and is always helpful. Lil' gal that holds it down at night is sexy af. They have whatever you need unless that need is a large oak lined smoking bar and lounge. My only complaint.

Elliston Place Smoke Shop on 2204 Elliston Pl Ste H

Awful ownership at this smoke shop. I've been coming here for years and last night I went in to buy some cigars. When I got to the store, there was no warning but a small post it note that said "be back later". Waited around for half an hour and when the employee got back she acted annoyed we were in there. On impulse I bought a glass tobacco piece with a twisty mechanism for 14.99 and wow was I in for a surprise. The employee wrapped it up before I could inspect it and when I got home and unwrapped the piece, there was a crack. When I put my finger on it, the crack shattered and broke my piece. How a glass shatters like that before first use, I have no idea. But it seems like Elliston likes pawning off cheap china-glass. When I called to voice my frustration, I was stone walled with "sorry store policy no refunds." "Store policy" is obviously at the owner's discretion and him not placing any weight on years of loyalty and the reasonableness of my complaint confirms that they knew what they were selling.

First time at the shop since it changed management and the shop has changed a lot. Much better selection of cigars, bulk tobacco and name brand pipes. Staff was very helpful in finding what I was looking for. I recommend if you have not been lately stop by and you will like what you see!!
