Usually pretty rude and become more rude if you ask any questions. Also they only carry their brand. Prices are not cheap either. I recommend going almost anywhere else.

I went into Avail Vapor with little to no knowledge of vaping. As I walked in, I was respectfully greeted by an associate by the name of Chuck. He was very professional and explained everything in great detail, and made sure I understood every aspect of the device I purchased. I am very grateful for Chuck and the Avail Vapor establishment. They are deserving of more than 5 stars, and only place i will shop!

The store is quite attractive and the staff is nice; no issues with either. However, I have to be honest, this store appears to be designed to make you think you're getting something much more fancy than you actually are. I think it's geared towards people who either 1) just want to feel like they're going to a more upper-class store for their products, or 2) just don't know better- that you can get equally high quality vape without forking over the heafty prices that they are charging. I've found great vape liquid at better prices (places like Vulcan Vape and Vol Vape Nashville). Or if you are willing to face the wait and go through trial and error, you can get even better value online (but I haven't given into that yet). Staff is wonderful, and I do go there whenever it's the closest to where I am at the time; my *only* complaint is the prices, but I wish them no ill-will! Anyway, wish you all the best of luck finding the vapes and stores best suited to your taste :)

Been vaping since before these thing became such a large product. This location has the most unhelpful staff. First tank I bought from this place leaked and the juice here has a strange aftertaste. I would suggest shopping around before wasting your time with AVAIL Vapor.

Only gave this place a star because of the coolest testing set up I have ever seen . No premium name brand juices and they only sale 60ml. Lowest price bottle is 26.99. Waste of time and money just order online and put this place out of business . They are screwing the community out of their money .

Kristen was very friendly, the store had a great atmosphere and good prices! My mom and I are at Vanderbilt quite often due to her health and I had plans to get a new vape today but had an unexptected visit to the ER for my mom's heart. I haven't been able to kick smoking for years. I've tried vapes before but this time I was determined and after being very sick with a respiratory virus I needed something that could keep me off cigarettes. Kristen listened and after thinking a moment suggested the Vaporesso Revenger Mini. Its exactly what I've been looking for with enough kick to hit my cravings but small enough for my hand (being that I'm a girl). Ive been in many vape shops throughout my years of trying to quit and have never had that good of feeling that I had made the right decision. Kristen was knowledgeable and kind without pushing me to buy something put of my price range or hitting me with the "bigger is better" line. I really appreciate her honesty and she is very good at finding you exactly what fits you best. Thanks Kristen! I will be returning.
