This is the only place I will go to! Not just because I love their products, but I love all of the people here as well! So knowledgeable, personable and just friendly! They greet by name every time and we always catch up for a few minutes when business allows! Every time I've ever had a problem with my or my husband's equipment (which has always been due to self negligence), they've always tried everything they can to fix it before even allowing me to purchase something new, even if I already had planned to! That's good, HONEST business right there!

Excellent! Heather and her staff have always been overly helpful to get me what I need. Many times Ive oame in with a issues (my negligence) and they have been so helpful and never get frustrated with me for all my shenanigans with my e-cig. Even called once and said " On my way to airport need an e-cig quick, be there in a few minutes, in a hurry so I dont miss my flight." When I got there Heather had the cutest little travel e-cig waiting for me with a little case that had juice and charger in it... it was perfect for travel and as a back up since I lose mine often. They have high quality juice that is made in USA. Ive had to purchase from other places when out of town and never had any as good as theirs!

The price is great, and the products are great, but the people are the best part. I've never been to a shop with people so friendly. I love this place, and I'll continue to tell my friends about my experience with them.
