The two stars are because the prices are standard. The three missing stars are for the way I was treated as if he was annoyed I was there asking questions. He insisted that each volume (30, 50, 100ml) had 6mg nicotine and were still the same concentration. In order for me to believe these people know their product, they would need to understand weight to volume ratios. When I tried to understand the product I was buying, I was treated like I was a problem. If I have 6mg in my 50ml bottle, that is 0.012%. If a 100ml bottle is 0.012%, it has 12mg of nicotine in it. I know it’s not as simple to everyone as it is to me but he insisted he knew better because he makes it. Well if he doesn’t understand weight to volume ratios, how do we know it’s made correctly? This stuff is going into my body so I hope there are quality controls beyond the clerk who doesn’t really understand as well as he thinks he does. He was rude and I was puzzled.

I called 9 minutes before closing on a Saturday night. I wouldn’t be able to make it to the shop before close and Randy stayed late and waited for me. Not a lot of places out there with that kind of quality of employee. Thank you Randy!!

Good selection of hardware. They sell their own in house juices so be aware; the few I tried were ok. Prices are standard.

I absolutely LOVE the vapor route! The owner Tom, and his employees, Randy and Cameron are awesome! They are very knowledgeable about all of the products that they offer and also provide excellent customer service. They truly go the extra mile with every customer that walks through the door. Plus, the large selection of flavors that they make in house are of the highest quality and also very affordable. I have been to every vape store in the Nashville area and will never visit any other store than the Vapor Route again. Thank you for providing such excellent customer service and for being so knowledgeable. I am your biggest fan!
