BEWARE!!! Would not replace new vape that quit working. Very bad customer relations... I spend 50 dollars a week here and they would not replace a defective $20 portable vape. They have an excellent selection of products, but be warned, if anything turns out to be defective, they won’t stand behind it.

Decent as any other vape store decent prices and all in all it's a pretty decent place because they really you know let you know everything about how to work it what's in it and all of that so if I still lived up there I would definitely be a Saffire vape Shopper but I don't so I can't but as soon as I get that way I will be there

Although the majority of locations are wonderful, the nippers corner location stands far above the rest! All restaurants, stores and every business in between, rarely do you find such a patient and informative staff. I urge everyone to give this location a shot. You definitely won't be disappointed!

This place has it all! Great, clean environment with a very knowledgeable staff. Pretty wide range of inventory. Talk to Stephen if you get a chance! Super great guy. I won't be going anywhere else!

Love this place. Amazing stuff for me to try every time i go there. The workers are so nice and know what they are doing. And most important. They always have what i need and always have patience when i try new stuff. I wanna give it 10 stars but google wont let me.

Disappointing Juno selection... Only had full packs of old gen in my strength. Everything else the reject flavors... Not all Saffires the same I guess...

For diy'ers its a Great place to pick up a few empty bottles if your low and need some to hold you over til your vape mail gets in. Glass 30's or plastic 15's and 60's.

Good vape store, helpful employees. You can sample most anything before you buy it. Pretty good prices, and the Silly Rabbit flavor is the best.

This was the first major vapor store I went to and I thought they knew their stuff. WRONG!! They are overpriced and the staff isn't knowledgeable. Too many times I've bought vapors there that had problems and when I returned and purchased cheaper, they tried to charge me more. They're all about money instead of customer service. If people shopped around, they would leave this place alone. They wanted to charge me $5 to test the juice saying it was the law. But obviously, once again it's money for them. They can charge as low as a nickel people. Please don't fall for these people's money scheme.

Very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful staff who are extremely professional and friendly. I accompanied a friend while she made a lengthy purchase! They were so helpful and patient. They also have a very professional look and have quality products. Everyone was quite helpful and willing to share their knowledge at length. Great place!!

I was trying to stop smoking after many attempts. I went to the store and the employee's were so helpful and made it easy to understand how to use the device and wean myself down. I have stopped using nicotine but enjoy the vape so much I continue with a 0 now. I have told all of my friends and will continue to do so. Great service, loved the atmosphere of the store....didn't feel like a traditional "smoke" shop. Employees were patient and helpful. You won't be disappointed or made to feel stupid because you ask too many questions. Way to go Saffire!
