South Sound Vapor Lounge on 200 Division St NW

I went in to purchase some new coils. When I had walked out and drove down the road I had noticed that the coil had already been removed from the plastic. I called and the guy said he was the one that had sold it to me and said it had not been used but maybe just shown to a customer. This made no sense as it is foil and clear. He said if I wanted to drive back he would cut me a new one "so I could see it." I didn't like his attitude or the fact I paid for open merch.

So not only are the staff nice and friendly, including the dog, but when my mod stopped working 2 months later they tried really hard to help me fix it. When it was clear it wasn't fixable, the owner just straight up gave me a new one. Just like that. I'm gonna keep going here. These folks are great.

Great place to go for product, Very well priced compared to surrounding locations. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. went in with my mod I hadn’t used in a long time with hopes of getting it going again. I personally broke it while I was putting it together inside the shop and they gave me the replacement part for it free of charge! I highly recommend this shop to anyone and is now the shop I go to over any other.😁
