I'm new to vaping, and after a weird experience somewhere else my friend highly recommended this place. I'm so glad I went. The woman who helped me answered all my questions, and was really friendly and patient while I learned and found what I liked. She's since been available for all my further questions and has gone out of her way to help me. I don't usually develop brand loyalty, but that's only because you don't receive OUTSTANDING customer service like this. This is the only store I will shop.
