Great little shop. The variety of juice is plentiful as well as the selection on equipment. I've never received anything but warm welcome and outstanding customer service from the staff. Not to mention all of the staff are very well trained and knowledgeable. They've always been able to adequately answer any questions I've had, if they don't have the answers they're more than willing to get the answer. The only downside is the location, it's a little hard to get to and there's not a whole lot of parking. Also the prices on mods/tanks is a little higher than some other stores, but it's not a deal-breaker.

Wanted to like this place. Guy at the counter fairly helpful. Tried a couple flavors in tester tanks which tasted like they'd not had the coils changed in months - gummed up no vapor. No worries. Smelled lightly tasted a couple more (these were all their in-house juices recommended). I walked out with 3 tiny sampler bottles for 11 bucks that sounded good and were all "best sellers". Dripped each of them as various watts on two rigs on fresh cotton and chucked them all out a day later. Odd soapy taste left in mouth. Just honestly brought me back to 5 or so years ago when I was trying all kinds of juices before many of them were very good. I'm sure they mean well but of the many I tried none of them were even close to a hit for me. Close by my house so too bad. They carry little to no outside juices so unfortunately that ends my run here.

These guys are super helpful! You don't walk into a massive vape cloud and douchey techno here. They ventilate, have some chill tunes that set the atmosphere and provide great service. Very knowledgeable and they make recommendations without being pushy. I know I'll keep going back.

Recently relocated and this shop is extremely close to my home so I decided to check it out. I recently cracked the glass on my aspire pockeX and they had a piece to replace it after being told from another spot that the piece was irreplaceable and I’d have to buy a whole new vape. They have a incredible selection of in-house juices that I decided to try. The guy at the counter reccomended “Lady Bug” and omg - my new favorite juice! If you like sourish/tangy fruit flavors this one is for you. It’s like a raspberry blackberry lemonade I believe. The guy at the counter was extremely friendly, down to earth and helpful. The juices are a liiiiiitle on the expensive side but it’s totally worth it due to them being organic and made in Washington. Definitely check this place out!

Today, my experience at this eCig n' Vape has been very wonderful. A manager named Collin has provided me with a informative and pleasant purchase of a sorely needed new device. In addition, he and I had fun conversations while lounging and puffing to the chimes of relaxing jazz & blues.
