GM Brett (Big Cat) is honestly one of the nice guys on this planet he has such a vast knowledge of vaping. He also stands behind his products because he tests them and can give a honest review. Very good in-house juices also nice deals on all of them. Last but not least the rewards program... You get 5% back on each transaction but, any time you use your rewards points it only allows you to pay 50% with the rewards then cash/card. THIS IS NOT NECESSARILY BAD just not what would be preferred after all 5% is a small amount and juices and coils are cheap and those are the majority of purchases by vapers.

The staff is always helpful and full of knowledge. When you come in the store, you are greeted warmly. Mountain Oak Vapors is a perfect example of why I come back time after time. They seem to care about my business, and they back up their products 100%

Great local vape shop. The have a friendly staff and great ambience. There is a tasting bar. They carry a variety of fluids both their own blends and other companies. The have good prices, a great loyalty program and really good sales.

I have been using mountain oak for all my vape needs. This past week someone stole my vape and I was soooo close to breaking down and going back to smoking. So I go into the store in hopes that they would be able to fix my old vape... Turns out the vape was unable to be fixed. Not only were they so sympathetic, they told me how sorry they were about what happened to me but they also handed me a mod and a bottle of juice and told me that they put their customer service above all. I have never had someone make my day the way they did. I will NEVER shop anywhere other than mountain oak. These guys are not just in it for the money... They truly care about their customers and have my business for LIFE!! If you shop anywhere else for your vape supplies then you are shorting yourself, because these guys are the REAL DEAL.
