I came in with my husband earlier this week, and Brittany was absolutely amazing!! We usually shop at the Hamilton Place store and my husband loves the manager there ( dark haired ,well dressed guy ) but we were downtown and stopped by this location on the way home. Brittany was super knowledgeable and helpful. A little smaller then the other store but Brittany certainly gave the same service that my husband enjoys from Hamilton place. If your on this side of town and need some vape stuff, Brittany is your lady to see!! Keep up the awesome job girl!

Kat the manager was super nice and very informative. She answered all my questions (ridiculous or not) with a cheerful smile. The vape juice is out of this world and mod/tank selection are on point. 10/10 will def be shopping here again

I don't mean to be a jerk, but I'm a die hard vaper and as far as stores go this one I won't return too. The girl was friendly, but the prices were crazy high. They don't sell individual coils so I had to buy a 3 box and it was almost $30. I buy the same coils at vaportonics for $6 each

Great place with knowledgeable staff. The down side is that you have to pay $1 to sample. It's a one time fee that let's you save money on other things so I'd consider it worth it though. Prices are reasonable. No wait time when I was there, but it was a Sunday so who knows.

Top quality products for the best prices. Professional environment, with staff that will give you the best advice on what you need in a product, for price that won’t take an arm an a leg. Jesse is the man to go to when you have an idea of what you need for your day to day use, and will find you a variety of choices, and will ensure you leave with product YOU had in mind. One can’t expect a store to have everything under the sun at your disposal at all times, but this store and it’s management has always gone to every extent at there disposal to ensure you have what you need, when you need it, and if they don’t have it, they’ll find someone who does and will get out here. Most companies goal is to make more money than the competition, but here there goal is make sure you leave with what you came for, and for the best price.

Amazing environment, the staff is very professional and knowledgeable for what they do. At first I assumed everything was pricey but turns out they compare prices and always makes sure you get the best deal for your money!! Will definitely return if I ever need anything!

Outstanding store with amazing service. They greeted me as soon as I walked in. Atmosphere is very relaxing. They actually talk to you to see what vaps you might be interested in and then you can actually try them! I highly recommend this place. Best prices on hardware, highest quality juice I’ve ever tasted. Don’t believe me? look at the pictures of their taste test wall come try it for yourself. Excellent information on their products and they even offer discounts for my military service. Don’t shop anywhere else. Chris, Jessie, and Alayna are the people to come see!

Customer service was AWESOME. They’re not rushing you or pressuring you into buying anything. I will definitely be coming here all the time now I spent over $260 in here and do not feel like I’ve been cheated out of my money. They are AWESOME!!
