First time going this shop and I really liked it. The employees were so helpful and gave good advise being that I am new yo the vaping world. Definitely would recommend this shop to anyone.

Nice shop. Helpful staff. Well stocked with a wide variety of mods, juices and accessories. Also, the shop has great hours. They're there to help me out when I need them.

I bought a Suorin Air and the battery life was just awful. I knew it was supposed to be longer then it was. So I went back in and asked if they would trade it out for a new one. They were extremely friendly and had no problem trading it out for me (even though I didn’t have my receipt). My new one is much better. I was very grateful that they didn’t give me a hard time.

This place is always friendly, very experienced, and helpful with any questions you might have!! This was the first vapor shop I started with when I started vaping, and they are still my number one!! You should go to Chattanooga Vapor Company for all of your baby needs!! There is only one exception, sometimes you have to wait for someone to help you!!

I heard about this store from a friend and when I went in the employees were nothing but patient and helpful. I was unsure about what would work best for me since I’m new to this and they made sure I got exactly what I needed. Great juice selection, diverse inventory and friendly and knowledgeable staff - I could have stayed for hours. We walked out with a new device and a small cache of juice. Best customer service we had in Chattanooga. I'll be back the next time I'm in town.

Having worked for these people, I know how they work internally. They're sincerely good people and a good company who's first priority is always helping their customer. Be it advice, referring them to a third party or just offering an amazing selection in a clean store.

Usually they have an awkward wait. The products they offer is a good selection but I've had to go to different locations about 4 times to get the coil and juice I need. They run out fast. I got tired of running all over town for my coils and juice so I stopped going here.
