Staff has been rude every time I have gone there. Would highly recommend one of the other 10 million vape shops considering this shop has nothing special except their own brand of crappy juice with horrible packaging.

Absolutely a horrible experience. It’s always a pleasure when you walk in to two employees behind the counter who couldn’t be any less pleasant. Class act when they are sitting there blowing smoke rings like a bunch of hippes at Woodstock. Lose the stupid beanie and show an ounce of professionalism.

UPDATED 02/13/18: this is my second time returning after my original review. And I would say this store has made significant changes of improvement. I now will most likely visit this location weekly 😊. The staff is so friendly and courteous, and the store feels much more welcoming! ++++: It is the closest location to downtown. I am absolutely thrilled to see this business succeeding! OLD: 3 stars because this company is amazing. Their products are perfect. These guys have the perfect system for an e-juice dispensary. But recently i was in the store (Penfield) and an employee made me as a customer feel uncomfortable.. as I and two other, separate customers all walked in within 45 seconds. The employee pointed this out, while helping a customer already. as she made a comment that implied how annoying it was that we all came in atnonce.. then she proceeded to air her dirty laundry for everyone to witness. As one of the customers was someone she was mad at. And she shamed him the whole time.. I was about to just leave.. but figured the drive to Greece wasn't worth it.. I will not be returning to this location.. but keep up the great work otherwise!!

Great place. Prices are a little higher then others but worth it. The liquid is nice. Lots of choices, or mix something up yourself. There is a nice variety of vape merchandise. That's all they do is vape so you actually can ask a question and they know what your talking about and can make suggestions. There is also no wacky colored liquid, it's all clear. There is a menu, and you can try any thing you want. Which I think is great, because it really sucks to spend thirty dollars on a bottle only to find out its disgusting. Add in flavor shots and choice of nicotine you really can't go wrong.

I have been going to this Vape Store ( Stone Road) for about 5 years. Never had a problem, service is great. Always very helpful and professional. Would and have recommended this store. Love It ! Hours are also awesome!!

I always take the Drive to go to this place, it's really too bad they don't have a location downtown, however I I am a huge fan of their stores. Employees are always kind and courteous and the store is clean! Plus their prices are really good and selection is some of the best in Rochester. I definitely suggest this place if you're able to drive out to The Burbs!

Horrible experience I don't ever recommend going. Both times I visited this store it was terrible. The last time and final time I bought a brand new vape. Within two weeks it broke when I went in to have it replaces with my receipt and all the pieces the told me that I didn't know how to use a charger correctly and I was stupid so when I called the store manager still within first 30 days they offered me 10 percent off a brand new one so basically I just spent 80 dollars I didnt have and then instead of returning faulty item because it was still within thirty day warantee they wanted me to spend more. They do not back there equipment or value their customers. Absolutely will never go there again. I do not recommend
