Bought a mod here recently. Two days later was having problems with it. Brought it back in to exchange for another mod of the same model but they wouldn’t do it. No scratches no dents. Just a lemon. Wouldn’t take it or stand by what they sell. Before that didn’t have any issues buying from them. But they just lost a customer.

Bought new ecig and I broke the glass where the juice goes. They do not carry the replacement part and will not refund my money. At over $100 and purchased only 3 weeks ago, I would think they would care....about their business. Who sells things and then don't carry the parts for it. And the manager said as far as they are concerned it is in working order and it's not their fault I broke the glass. If you want to deal with all workers, including the manager, being 20 something who don't give a damn about you or apparently the business that employs them, this would be the place to go. Buyer beware.
