They will get no more of my money. They do not honor their so called point system. I’ve been traveling to their stores just to gain points for a set of new batteries or maybe a free juice. I buy multiple juices to last me a while. After going back to the store to cash in they tell me they don’t do the point system. What was the whole point of me being a loyal customer? After mentioning this to the owner I was insulted by him for trying to redeem my loyalty points. They will not be getting any more of my money. It doesn’t matter if their name is Cloud 9 or End (yes I know of the change this business is going through).

Cloud 9 is a great shop in Irondequoit. Pool table and a booth to chill with your friends - good selection of juices & hardware. The owner, Alex, is an amazing guy - always willing to go the extra mile to make sure his customers are satisfied
