All items are brand new so you know it works! Large variety of mods, juices, tanks, and vapor accessories. If you're not shopping here, you're getting ripped off!

Largest selection in town with very competitive prices. very knowledgeable staff. The shop has been renewed under new management and the atmosphere is just as great compared to all the vaporwize locations I've visited.

I stopped going to this store. Then I met Alison she took care of me. She was so nice, caring and smart. She went above and beyond. I have sat in there and seen hee with other customers. She always treated EVERY customer the same. She would say their is no such thing as a stupid question. She would call me if I needed something. Now she is gone and I will NEVER set foot in this store again. I will follow her where ever she goes. This store has lost the best thing. I know others who feel the same.

They don't even know the flavors of their premium brands cuttwood, space jam etc. They only carry 15ml bottles of said brands and charge 13$ for the 15ml. Also they can't order right and had only one brand I liked in 6mg nicotine. Its 2015 get with the times. Go to MS vapors down the road about 3 miles. Much better selection and a great knowledgeable staff.

I live near this shop and EVERY TIME they’re out of coils and popular choices of juice - I’ll ask for three different kinds of coils- always out. I’ll ask about a bunch of different juices that seem to be shelved here and they’re always out. So I settle and grab juice they do have that’s overpriced and regret it every time. I always have to go somewhere after here to get coils. It’s awful.

So my mom Jamie and I went in here and this place was nice and clean, most vapor shops are trashy and stuff laying everywhere not here!!! They was super nice and help my mom out because she wants to quit smoking😝 They have great prices as we shop around in the Ofallon mo area. They even gave my mom a few different deals. If you are looking for great deals and great customer service visit the ofallon mo location and you will see.

One of the best vape stores I have personally been too. They have at least twice the selection of most other stores around. I went in looking for a new ejuice. I was overwhelmed at the amount of premium juice they carry. The employee that helped me asked what type of flavor I was looking for and showed me multiple different juices until I found what I wanted (No Hype- Strawberry banana milkshake!). He didn't get frustrated that I was being picky and was more than happy to spend the time to make sure I got what I wanted. The staff is more knowledgeable than anywhere else and will make sure you get what you want. This is definitely my new go to vape store!

I had been going to this shop periodically for over a year. Loved it. Had a bumper sticker. Luckily, I hadn't put it on yet. I bought a new piece that was really pretty. I believe I spent $45. It broke 2 days later. The piece that opened the tank up broke off. Then over the next couple of days, all of the juice came out all over my nightstand. I wanted a refund. They said they would replace it. The replacement's battery compartment keeps popping back open and then it takes forever to start working again. I didn't even bother going back because I was told I wouldn't get a refund no matter what. I understand not refunding money because someone decides they don't want it or whatever, but selling me a faulty device should get me a refund.

The only shop in Saint Louis that has coils for a gnome tank on a wismec gen 3 releux. Ian was super helpful and made my day just for having those coils. (if only you knew how much I was spending to order these coils smh). I will go out of my way to visit more often!

I bought an infinix two weeks ago. It was firing by itself today, and was extremely hot even though it was 69 degrees in my office. I took it back to the store. They gave me a range of excuses for the malfunction, and then refused to exchange or return the item. They do not stand by their products.

I have been going to this location and others locations for years and this one is hands down my favorite. They have great juice options that won't break the bank and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. They have definitely earned me as a loyal customer and I'll be returning soon! Update: I returned today having issues with my tank and walked in ready to buy a new one. However, the lady on duty was able to tell me that the different vape store i had bought the coils from had sold me the wrong watts or something along that lines. (They gave me 1.8 when i needed 1.6) She helped get my stuck coil out of my tank and answered all my questions. All I needed as new coils, not a new tank. Saving money right now is important to me, so I'm super grateful they know what they are talking about when I don't!

Went to the Cordova location and the older lady behind the counter accused me of being an avail employee after asking about pricing on certain mods... horrible snarky woman... rolling her eyes at my questions... went in with $150 and a plan to buy a mod but left in disgust...will never buy a device or juice here. wouldn't recommend this store. Customer service is trash. I'll take my money to one of the many other vape shops

I love this place. Whether I am stopping in for juice, coils, a new tank or mod the staff always meets my needs. Tony is great and having Caitlin back is wonderful. Both of them are knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and great to do business with. I really cannot say enough about them.
