Very Cool Place! Lots and lots of merchandise of all kinds. From rolling papers to pipes, grinders, dab torches, everything. The employees are very knowledgeable. That is a big plus. Jazmin & Rebeca make an excellent team, very pleasant and again knowledgeable. Any question I had (probably too many) they explained the answer in clear wordage that I could understand. Cool Cool Place! Don.

Staff was nice and helpful even made sure the things I bought we're proper for what I had. I looked around for about 10 minutes they had a lot of good deals and sales. Great selection of pieces, accessories, candies and other things. Will for sure be back soon.

Melissa was so very helpful and answered all of my questions. I was not looking for this particular business, but stumbled upon it in the Loop area. I was very happy with her knowledge and helpfulness! She definitely made me feel comfortable being there. I went in to purchase a quarts straw. i was directed to a product (dragon chaser) which was marked half off. Great deal i thought. It melted immediately when used with a torch, it was not quartz. I went in to speak with the employees and was advised no returns. employee got very snotty when i advised i would just rate them based on their products they sold, He then said he would talk to his manager but i was frustrated from his attitude and left. Bad service, poor merchandise. I will not shop here again.

Definitely very welcoming and helpful!! Customer service as soon as I walked in by 1 associate, I didn't get her name while the other associate Amber was talking with another customer. As the two switched I ended up checking out with Amber, very personable and not bothered by any of my questions, and was even eager to help!! Definitely recommend this location!!

So I went into this Mr. Nice Guy location and was so appreciative of the friendliness of the staff.... Kudos to Cam and Dillon for taking care of me. I especially liked that they had healthy vegan choices for me. I’m into health and fitness so hey. That was super dope! My 3rd time here and I had to give them thumbs up.
