BEST REWARD PROGRAM!! Best prices on devices, batteries, and coils. Their staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. However, their juice selection is sub-par. QC Vapes has a much bigger, much better juice variety, but with a higher price tag.

Whenever i walk in here someone always greets me whether busy or not. They are friendly and mostly knowledgable of what they are dealing with. Almost every time i am in town i stop here.

If you are new to vaping, this is where you want to go. Most of the other shops are friendly only to their regulars or the highly experienced and tend to talk down to the less knowledgeable. Here you can go in and say, "I have absolutely no clue what I need" and they will make sure you walk out with exactly that, without leaving you feeling stupid and overwhelmed. They will make recommendations, solve issues, and their testing counter is very organized/clean compared to what I've seen. The guy who I typically see in there, possibly the manager, is super helpful and friendly. I will not go anywhere else after checking out most of the other local shops.

This is by far the best vape shop I've been to in some time. The staff was very helpful, the prices were reasonable and they had everything I was looking for.

I have seen many pain doctors thru the years looking for relief but I have never seen pain doctors that care as much as Drs Lee and Rinnier. I have an extremely difficult case, but these doctors have never given up on me. They go up and beyond..... trying everything at their disposal. I have had many procedures thru the years by both Dr Lee and Dr Rinnier. They take a real interest in my very difficult case and have offered me different options. I have been with this group of doctors close to 20 yrs....that should say it all! They are TOP DOCS... years in a row and have the awards to prove it!

Highly disappointed! As someone new to vaping, they recommended and sold me a product that in turn is never in stock (after a poor selection to choose from as well). Shipments don’t arrive, warehouse is always empty and staff is not much help. First and last time giving them my business.

Great place. There staff is always friendly and helpful. I went in with a minor issue and they fixed it right away. Yes they went from letting you try any flavor you wanted for free to charging only 25 cents. But hey it's only a quarter it's way cheaper to spend a quarter to to find a flavor you like than it is to buy a bottle and not like it. I will always continue to go here... keep up the good work guys

I've known the owner Kevin for a very long time now, like back when we were crazy irresponsible college kids without a hope, prayer, or even a plan, so when I heard that he'd opened his own Aqueous franchise I had to go check it out. I walked in half expecting a fire, landslide, or some other calamity at any minute, what I was greeted with was something entirely unexpected and all-in-all inspiring. The staff immediately greeted me and offered their expertise should I have any questions, and when I did they knew the answers, spot on correct, off the top of their heads. The selection of flavors put their competition down the street to shame, the store was clean, organized, well lit, and clutter free. The rewards program might even be the only consumer incentive program that I actually use on a regular basis, and their pricing competes with even the largest online entities! To say that I was pleasantly surprised would be an understatement, a top notch venue with professional, courteous, and knowledgeable staff, well done Kevin, and well done to your staff, you guys will be a Columbia staple for years to come! The manager is awful! Very rude. Doesn't seem to want to help customers, very bad attitude. I gave this place 3 stars because the rest of the staff has been great. After meeting the manager my husband and I agreed we wouldn't go back, but it turned out they were the only place in town that had the item he wanted. The manager wasn't there that day and the rest of the staff was very helpful! We sat and tried different flavors and talked and joked with the staff. It was a great experience without the manager there.

I've been to hundreds of vape shops all over the midwest. I absolutely love this shop in jeff city. Always had a wonderful experience and love the staff. Mike is awesome! Had a blast at the cloud comp they had awhile back. Great prices on there products...cant say enough good things about this company and its staff. Highly recommended to everyone I know.

This could be worth the read... I went in for additional coils for a unit I bought here and is still carried, was handed a pack of coils, asked for an additional device that is smaller but takes the same coils and has the same removable battery option, watched as the new suggested device couldn't be taken apart to show the coil swap or battery opening, she said she wasn't strong enough, went on advice that it was overtightened, get home, the replacement coils don't work in either device, the battery on the new unit is not removable. If you blame me, this review isn't for you. I'm looking for convenience when I walk in Show me where to get it. I'll pay for it.

Great service when i went in there looking for a new mod and i ended up getting a AIO ProBox and it was great and convenient. However just got off of the phone with an employee at this location because it was working great and now wont power on. Pretty much just got told to pay somebody else to check it out and repair it or come in and buy a new mod......not a great customer service follow up but thanks for the help.
