I'm done with this place! Last three weeks I've bought 2 bong stems, both have broken. One I ashed out on a lighter (gently) and the bowl broke off, second I used a tooth pick to pry out a smoked bowl and it split down the middle! Tried to be a good consumer and let the owner know (not expecting anything in return) and can't even leave a flipping voice mail because they are too lazy to check them! That's not to mention the times they claim to be open, yet are not... In a town like Portland there are just TOO many options to count on this store like this. Save time and patience... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

The owner is talented, informed & very friendly. There's functional art from a variety of glass blowers & the glass prices are often more than fair. I think a collector could get a good deal here on some pieces from artists worth following & investing in.

Went into the store today for coils and was served by Ian who was great and very helpful, I asked him to recommend some juice as I was looking for something different as I am really fussy with juice, thanks to Ian I have found the best juice ever which isn’t my normal flavour profile, he offered to let me try it first due to that and I was blown away and they were doing an excellent deal, will be back for more tomorrow!

Came in for the first time on Wednesday and bought a mod and juice with absolutely no problems. The guy that served me knew exactly what I was looking for and couldn't have been more helpful. I got everything I was looking for with my kit and the exact juice and brand I wanted with no issue. Unless I can find what I need or want cheaper in another store il definitely be comming back.

I have been buying my favorite vape juice there for 4-5 years now. I can't find another liquid that compares to Havok. They have stepped up their game of waiting on customers in a timely manner!

Let me first start by saying they have a large selection and a nice stock are both juices and Hardware. That's where good news stops. Like any good business it leans on its help to be great. The employees here do not seem to care whether you buy anything or not. Also there is a disconnect between helping selling and service. The most important aspect of any business is their service. Vaporized needs to restaff and have a grand reopening!

Ive been going there for rougly 2 years. Only reason i go is for their juice selection. I always get flattered when people ask for my ID; but they carded me out of the blue after 2 straight years of going there, and when i asked why their response was “ dont do that.” I immediately walked out. There attitude in the store has slowly became un friendly over time, so i doubt they were just having a bad day. I wasent even greeted upon entry, 2 of the associates just sat in a circle talking to one of their friends. Not the end of the world though, just the end of my business.

The staff here is excellent, really helped me break my habit if smoking cigarettes. Any questions I have, I get direct answers. They don't try to sell you something you don't want. Genuinely ask what you are interested in, then steer you in the right direction. Excellent prices, huge selection of juices. All around great place for vapers.

SUPER Nice employee's that are willing to go above and beyond to help you find exactly what you need. They are very knowledgeable about different vape items. Prices are very reasonable, and they have ALOT of diff juices to try out. They have the latest and greatest vaporizers in stock, and if they don't have it they will order it for you.

Great Shop, I was in town for a day off a cruise ship. Stopped in because I was running a little low on juice. The clerk was very helpful and friendly. I told him I never use a sub ohm tank because I always get dry hits from them I am a dripper. He recommended a tank told me it works wonderfully and he never gets dry hits, so I bought a tank, RTA and some juice and Im glad I did. It is the only atomizer I will use now. Thanks for the Recommendation.
