I have been a customer since December 2012. I have always been quite satisfied with their service, however, on the last 2 orders, mistakes have been made causing long delays in getting the product to my mail box. The first issue was a reorder since I always order the same thing each time and just hit reorder button. 4 days into the order they asked a question about PG/VG ratio. It has been the same for at least 5 years. Thus a delay in shipment. Now I am looking at the shipment tracking label, and this order went to someone is Los Angeles. (I live in the Midwest). I called the minute their shop opened at 10 and they said they would look into it, but it is now 3 hours later and I have not heard a word. Not sure this is the best way to treat a long standing customer. I don't like giving negative reviews, but this is not a cheap order and it seems to have been shipped to another house. I am hoping it is just a wrong shipping label, but what is taking so long??!!

They have good juice flavors and selections, I have been a loyal customer for years. But, I am very unhappy with them because a lot of times I have went there before 6:00 closing time and the door has been locked! It happened again today and the worker stood in the back and stared at me and it was 5:45, I even rushed to get there before closing! So that will be the last time I will be going to the vapor room unless I have to! I usually do not write negative reviews but it has happened too many times and I am now out of juice until tomorrow, but I will be going elsewhere.

Best vape store in the area for quality and prices. Very convenient online ordering was available. They have all popular products with the best selection. Quick service online or in store have never had to wait more than 10 minutes

By far, hands down, the best vapor shop in town. Janet, I fricken love Janet. Since day one she and her crew have been conscientious and candid. Experienced opinions, great humor, a comfortable atmosphere, and samples across the board. They just helped me dig up some screws for my Mag that fell apart and provided me undivided attention until it was fixed, even though repair is not their specialty. I was expecting to bring in my product and be refused, but they've earned loyalty from me. So I will continue to provide them 100% of my business. Just as you should too.

Last time I shopped for juice I was on the other side of town and stopped at two places...biiiiig mistake. The Vapor Room is the first vape shop I ever visited and I never realized how much the others completely suck in comparison. Absolute BEST staff there...don't go anywhere else because The Vapor Room is 1#.

Staff are very helpful. They have more than 120 different juice flavors!! Friendly doesn't begin to describe the owner and atmosphere here. No request is too insignificant. If you vape, you owe it to yourself to visit The Vapor Room.

I visited every vape store in Morgantown. The vape room was the only one that took time to breakdown of the different products and narrowed my search. And, if that wasnt enough. You will not find a reward system for loyalty customers or a 10% off Veteran/Military discounts at ANY other vape store in town. Dont bother wasting your anywhere else. Unless you wanna end up spending more money. Especially if your new to the vaping scene, you will end up paying for it. Goto the Vape room.
