The guys that work at both new smoke shops or just awesome love this place

Unprofessional and run by mostly kids that do not understand how to run a business. Don't complain, even when it is valid. I was told twice that a juice would be brought from the other store and twice it was sold off. I had been a customer since they were just a small hole in the wall. Manager Dakota needs to learn how to not take things personal, when a customer is relating a problem. I order off the internet now.

This place used to be 5 star when they first opened. Though their prices were higher than competitors, their service and having a wide selection made up for it. Their service has tanked and they only care about big money orders now. I had complained a few times and was asked "why do you shop here then?" so I no longer shop there.

My wife was picked up what she wanted and was happy and felt nformed about her purchase. That's tough to do, so, yes, go and shop there for a fair price and support from a knowledgeable staff.

Great place. There staff is always friendly and helpful. I went in with a minor issue and they fixed it right away. Yes they went from letting you try any flavor you wanted for free to charging only 25 cents. But hey it's only a quarter it's way cheaper to spend a quarter to to find a flavor you like than it is to buy a bottle and not like it. I will always continue to go here... keep up the good work guys
