Brian is very knowledgeable about his products also super cool and I got a bottle of pure Peach 12 milligram for free because he rocks I suggest everybody shop there even if you live up north like I do

I personally have not step foot in the store yet but I'm severely unimpressed so far, I've tried calling the store 3 times in the last 20 minutes with no answer to the phone and I even went as far as calling vintage stock just to make sure they were even still open/still there/still in business and the courteous sales rep from vintage stock was kind even to look for me and told me they were still there and they were open so unless they answer me here shortly or when I get off work at 6 and somehow make there in time to do business with them and they aren't welcoming and helpful this review will be dropped to one star and I will take my business elsewhere but if they are welcome and somewhat apologetic for the non-phone call answering I will change the rating based on how professional and courteous they are with me.

After three years of buying juice from this vape shop, I finally found a juice I like somewhere else. Kc Vapes sells “premium” juice, and thus their prices are much higher than most other shops. The truth here is that their juice is no better, or more premium than anywhere else. The brand I used was e-pure, and the quality, and taste was extremely inconsistent. I took one star off for their prices which are about $27 for a 60ml bottle. They do not sell bottles any bigger than 60ml because they want you to keep coming to the store. That’s inconvenient, so another star off for that. The third star is for their lack of any kind of loyalty deals. The fourth star is off because they don’t sell a single replacement part the vape I purchased from them, other than coils. I bought their overpriced juice every week for 3 years and was never once given a deal or discount. Now I pay $35 for 120ml bottle of high vg, great quality juice and every third bottle is free. I wish I could say it was nice doing business with this place, but I can’t. The employees were nice and helpful, but overall this is a bad vape shop.

I love this store! It's a bit of a hike from my house, buy always worth it. The employees will do whatever they can to make your vape experience as legit as it gets.

These employees are as legit as it gets. All of them have actual intellect about the industry and their products. They are always friendly and willing to help, and will not sell you what you don't need. When purchasing a new set up, they walk you through how everything works step by step. Also, their selection of juice is awesome, something for everyone's taste. Great job KC Vapes!

Tyler was very helpful and informative. A nice experience had was being able to try different samples in store. Which was extremely helpful, especially to getting rid of the fear of buying something expensive just to try and figure out your flavor preference. Again the staff was well knowledgeable and helpful they remembered little things that were said earlier in the cousultation or that he said he would do later.
