The people who own, operate & work @JB Hawks are incredibly patient, kind & helpful. There IS such a thing called "customer service" & the people who work there are excellent examples to the rest of the retail industry who dont really seem to care one way or another. Good prices & excellent knowledge of their inventory.

They charge $22.00 for cigarettes and they advertise for a lot less, and the guy working the window is rude and throws your receipt away instead of giving it to you.

They have always been helpful. I decided to switch to roll your own. They helped me match tobacco & filters to my normal Newport Reds. A “carton” now costs me $11 & some time. Cigs are expensive-deal with nay-sayers lol

Very friendly staff and organized store. Everything is extremely easy to find and the staff is ready and trained to answer all the questions you can throw their way. Definitely the best tobacco store in town. Also, they have an exciting giveaway each week. I think it's cool to do giveaways by receipt number.

Very kind and courteous staff, would recommend this place just based on that fact but they also have very nice competitive pricing compared to other stores in the area. About 80 cents cheaper then Wal-Mart and $2,00+ cheaper then gas stations for a role of Copenhagen Mint Long Cut.

You know exactly what You are getting into more or less. It's a package store in a small town. Staff was friendly, albeit distracted. (on the phone the entire time...) Store had plenty to offer in terms of variety but there was an issue with space lol. I think it was to accommodate the gambling machines. Prices were better than I expected. In conclusion? A decent experience as long as You aren't claustrophobic.

Great selection of Tobacco in every price range. The only place I've seen that sells genuine wooden tobacco pipes. The selection of glass is limited. No specialty pipes, bongs, or hookahs. They also sell herbs with CBD but no THC if that is your thing.

I bought two torches, two days in a row and they do not work!! I tried to exchange The first Torch for the second one but refused too and I had to buy another torch.and the torch I had did not have any fuel. The lady was rude and I was never told I couldn’t return the item that I bought in less the 24 hrs. Super disappointed and dissatisfied with products
