First of all, I was there when Min Kap was there and her statement is not accurate. I will not get into details but People usually post on sites when they are upset or angry with something. Whatever she was dealing with, had nothing to do with the store or the service. From all the restaurants, and all the stores, and all the airlines… You get the point, this is absolutely the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. James is great at knowing about all of the products in the store. Very friendly, engaging, and helpful. It’s amazing how he is able to remember customers names and what they typically get while in the store. And for people who are in the store for the first time he’s great at helping them figure out which products best fits their needs. The prices are the best in town with absolutely the best employee/customer interaction there is. I feel that this is a little gem in south county that people just haven’t come across yet. If you’re not familiar with the area you just get off 255 at Telegraph, head North for about a mile and it’s in the plaza with Subway and Captain Z’s. If you’ve been there before spread the word! It definitely deserves the five stars. This will be the only shop I visit from now on!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The guy who works there during the week gives off a weird vibe. He has always been nice to me until the last time I was there. EXTREMELY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! Hardly knows ANYTHING about vaping. Save your time and go see Ryan at Lemay Vapor!! They are ALWAYS welcoming, kind, friendly and EXTREMELY knowledgeable!! They bend over backwards to help you in any way they can!!

Amazing costumer service, nice atmosphere and a great variety of fairly priced E-cigarette products and glass! Galaxy Vapors new max VG drip line is fantastic as well! Meteor shower is my favorite!

Every time i come in this place has something new for me to try. i never leave dissatisfied and would highly recommend to anyone to help quit smoking. I'm going on 4 months without a cigarette all thanks to these guys!! very friendly service and easily answers any questions i needed.

Horrible quality and service. I bought a coil for my mech mod and I asked for a .2. The manager said he only had .5 so I told him that I would pass. He pulls a coil out of an arctic horizon tank box, ( which i know has a .2 cause i bought that set in the past.), puts the .5 in the bag instead of the.2 and doesn't tell me. After only 2 days of having it and not much vaping, the coil started getting a burnt cotton taste and would burn my throat. I have owned my tank and mod for about a year now and have never had this happen. I checked the juice I purchased with the coil and its max vg juice. Out of all the shops I've been to between LA and Vegas, this is the only shop to sell max vg juice to customers not using a drip tank. When I began to have this problem, I tried calling the store multiple times with no answer. Avoid this shop and opt for a more knowledgeable and fairly priced store.

Not sure what you want don’t worry their selection is more than enough to find something suitable for your needs. This place is amazing! The owner is absolutely awesome and very friendly. A great place to get a unbiased opinion on different mods and juices, BUT the juice you want to ask for is the juice in my picture! Galaxy Craft Vapor Co. Aquila Custard it's their line of juice and it's absolutely amazing by far my absolute favorite juice next to their Stardust flavor. Free juice samples too! I went out a vape shop that charged 53 cents just to sample, talk about some trolls lol anyway, the employees here are super friendly as well, and super helpful. I've sent my wife in a couple times and I've had questions they even talked to me on my wife's phone! I highly recommend Galaxy as it is service that is unmatched by any other vape shop! Thank you all
