It looks like I'm the 3rd person complaining about this woman on here. I walked into the store and there was no one at the counter, 3 other people were at the counter. About 3 minutes of waiting she yelled. I'll be out there in a minute in what I would consider a frustrated tone. I waited about 6-8 minutes before a man and woman came to the counter to help those who were waiting. The woman asks what I need help with. I told her that I think I needed an o-ring for my tank. She looked at me dumbfounded, I politely asked her if she wanted to take a look at my vape and see what she could do. She fumbled with it, dropping it on the counter and seemed clueless as to what I was asking for her to do. She rudely asked me for the name of the tank, which I didn't know. She became increasingly annoyed and told me that if I can't tell her the name of the tank, she can't tell me if they carry the o-ring. I asked her if she knew what kind of tank it was and she responded as though I insulted her. I then asked her if her co-worker would know, while keeping my demeanor kind and polite. She was taken aghast and exclaimed "huh, that makes me feel real good". It wasn't in a lighthearted or joking manner though. It was as though she were telling me that I was calling her stupid. The male co-worker looked at it, said "You're missing an o-ring here" pointing to inside of the cap. This actually turned out to be incorrect as the store I went to after showed me that the missing o-ring is glued to the glass and what he said doesn't really make sense. I don't expect every vape store employee to be knowledgeable as there's so much to know. But it's nice when they are. So, I asked if they carry it. He said no. I said, "alright, no worries, thanks for the help, I appreciate it, have a good evening" and went on my way. I went to Pure Vapor down the road. They helped me promptly, knew what kind of tank it was and helped me find what I was looking for. They were kind and straight forward. During this exchange I wasn't upset in the slightest. I was understanding, kind, polite and positive. This was contrasted by the aggressive and rude nature of the woman who worked here and the slightly annoyed apathetic attitude of the other employee. I didn't get the lady's name, she was white, about 5'6", around 50 years old and overweight. So, lady, if you read this. Please stop being mean to people. You're spreading negativity and doing your job poorly on top of it. It's just not necessary and I'll never come to your store again because I'm afraid of you. This doesn't seem to be an isolated incident as there are 2 other complaints about you on google reviews. It's so easy to not be a mean person and do that job, it must suck to work with you too. So, you probably make co-workers lives miserable. Please stop.

Best vapor store I've found so far. Great staff that knows exactly what they're talking about. Amazing selection of ecigs and eJuice. Nice prices too

Excellent customer service and had exactly what we were looking for! If you vape,this is the best place to go to! We will definitely be regular customers. Very,very good flavors also! We can't say enough about this place! Just happy we found them! 😆
