I actually had the worst experience ever. The guy working behind the counter was more worried about talking with his friends about drama then helping customers. I went in with $200 that day for a new mod and juice but when I tried to ask him a question about one mod he acted like I was actually bothering him when it's his job. After that 1 question instead of asking the others I had to help make a choice in my decision I took my money to another vape store in town that didn't make me feel like I was cramping their style by being there.

Worst experience I've had. Big mistake going to Paragould. Sales girl was very rude, barely spoke, and acted like she didn't care about making a customer happy. Replace her and I might consider doing some business there. I love the Jonesboro location. Chris is the biggest help to you!

I called this Chuckin Clouds location to ask about a specific mod and if they had it in stock. I live in a rural area about 45 Miles from the store and after telling me he had the item in stock, refused to discuss the price over the phone. I was willing to make the drive and pay a premium price over online dealers to have the product today (the only real advantage of buying from this store as I already knew the exact model I needed.) In this odd strategic attempt to combat online competitors you seem to be, at least in my case, accomplishing the exact opposite.

The staff is not helpful at all. All questions were dismissed by them saying fda has rules against them even hello,g you set up a new vape. Wouldn't help me so I didn't buy one. Will not go back
