Fred and his staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. If you're new to vapor, they'll get you setup with all the equipment and knowledge you need. When you're ready to upgrade to a bigger or better setup, they'll advise you on that too. They have lots of juice to sample and they make recommendations based on what's popular and what they like. They have their own house brand that is respectable and offers good variety. I prefer the premium brands and they are always bringing in new and different brands and flavors. Vaporescent is convenient to where I live, but I would drive past another store to go here because the service is so good.

I went here for an upgrade and the guys were very helpful in helping me pick out the right one for me..they're very knowledge with reasonable prices..they have a nice selection of flavors..try the Einstein if you're looking for a new flavor..this is my new vape shop

I am a loyal customer. It is the best place for a beginner or a vet of vaping. The owner and staff are kind, friendly, and more than helpful with any questions big or small. As a beginner unnecessary items were not pushed on me due to my lack of knowledge just for the sake of a sale. It seem like every visit I had a question or two, maybe three which was always answered, and never left feeling disappointed or informed. Great place#
