First time visiting this shop, just wanted to check it out. Employee working was very helpful and informative. I didn't know this place had their own juice and he suggested Fuzzberry, which is excellent. Reminds me of Pin-up Betty if that gives you an idea. Will definitely be back and would recommend.

I buy at brick and mortar stores because I want to receive customer service that facilitates access to goods and services. And today I was extremely dissatisfied and angry with my visit here. This has been my regular shop for about 3 months and about 3 of my visits I encountered a short young with somewhat blonde hair. My first interaction with this person was in an out. My second interaction was asking some questions about juices and tanks as I always enjoy hearing experiences from other vapers. This same young man was indifferent when speaking to me and I simply attributed it to maybe he had a bad day and was on my way. Today however was the straw that broke the camels back. I had made a purchase of $78.07 of some juice and coils, and one of the juices (Fuzzberry) which I have purchased before twice, had a strange taste and it was not right. It was older and even the bottle was an older design they don't use anymore. I come in and point this out and I was met with a talking down explaining why I was wrong and that the juice was fine and implying that his subjective taste supersedes what I experienced. I was offered to buy a different bottle and he said he could not do anything because it was opened. My question is, if the quality of an item is not as expected and does not meet the established standard, in this case the standard set by this business, how is it possible that a substitution or replacement was not even offered? All while being talked down to and looked at with a smirk in his face. The response I received was that I could purchase the same product for a slightly discounted price. I left the bottle of juice I purchased there and told him to throw it away. I have been to world of vapors, artisan vapors, indy e ecigs and other brick and mortar vape shops and never had this type of experience. Positive about this place, about twice an older bearded gentleman who works here was very helpful, very kind and respectful during other previous visits. To this gentleman I want to say thank you, and to the owner pay attention to the service your staff provides.

Eric, Austin and the entire staff have been the most helpful customer service team / vape shop I have ever come across. Nothing against any other shop around, as I have never had a "bad" experience, but this place is something special. It seems like a big focus is helping people like me finally make that leap away from cigarettes. Eric is passionate about it and I am grateful for it. In my case, I didn't want too much nicotine but the lower amount wasn't cutting it. I stopped back in and they set me up with a custom level that is PERFECT for me until I'm ready to get it back down again. They have their own juice which is EXCELLENT (try the Fuzzberry) and if you give them a few days, they'll custom order you basically whatever you need (in terms of nicotine levels). As someone who has worked in the service industry since the age of 13, I can honestly say that there are very VERY few times where I have been treated as well or felt so welcome. If the owner opened up a store in any other industry, I would be forced to make that a new favorite spot as well (hehe). Keep up the great work. I'll be back soon.
