Been to several vape shops over the years. These guys are the most friendly and knowledgeable I’ve found. Started using them 3 years ago and haven’t been anywhere since! There house vapes are the best ever!

I have had nothing but great experiences here; I've been in at least 5 times now with a different staff member most of the time. Customer service is exemplary even with the varience of people. Everyone has been informative with no air of upselling - offering what is best for the buyer with true attention to what they are looking for. Now, I'm sure I could find decent customer service elsewhere, but the combination of this and their home made juice line makes them my favorite shop in town. Their French toast flavor is unriveled if youre looking for a cinnamon/maple breakfast taste. On inhale, true cinnamon french toast with almost a hint of egg on occasion, and on exhale maple syrup is prodominant combining in a nostalgic waffle crisp taste. Delicious with morning coffee. Ive tried so many from other shops and online before I found this shop; some examples from other sources teleos crunch, teleos remixed: the milk 2, pancake man, the French dude, Mr. Blintz, major frenchs toast, jam monster, a couple house lines - none of which I could all day vape due to over sweetness or fast coil burn out, what have you. If just one of the flavors has me hooked, I can only imagine the potential of the rest of their line. Also, their prices just dropped so I really can't justify looking online anymore. Now I have to edit what I have said a bit - they no longer have the French toast; I found a second flavor and they got rid of that too; now my third adjustment, the strawberry milk isn't in stock in my mg. A little constistancy goes a long way guys! Always nice and helpful but getting rid of half your signature items is killer.

Went to Vape-n-Indy the other day looking for new accessories/juices. The store design is not welcoming and neither was the person running the counter. Rude jokes about his personal life, and he had no want to help me out with my device and annoyed at the amount of questions. He was very blunt and inconsiderate. He only wanted to push the store made juices, and stated that if the employees didnt like the juices they were discontinued and pulled from the shelves.. It was not about the customer preference at all. He trashed talked every juice in the store other than their own brand, talked me out of getting a product to buy their supposed "Best Seller" and gave me no flavor description whatsoever for an over priced mediocre juice. Will not be returning to this shop.

Super chill employees there. They're licensed to make their own juice and it's phenomenal. Bought their own nicotine salt juice and it's great. Great prices and a great environment.
