Always have a great experience while I am there. They have a laid back atmosphere and are very helpful in helping you find the products that are best for you! I would recommend them to anyone who is a hobbyist all the way to those trying an alternative to smoking.

I go to a lot of different vape shops in the area and I’ll be honest, they have one of the better juice selections I’ve seen! Also very great staff I’d definitely recommend.

Bought a Vola Mod and two weeks in the charging port got pushed into the device. I took it back with the receipt and the guy told me that this wasn't manufacture defect, that I broke the device. I told him that the port broke inside and he refused to get me a new device or refund me. I asked him who owned the store and if I could speak with them and he was very rude in telling me that he owned the store. His name is Mason and I told him that they just lost a customer and he came back with a very snide remark. I'm amazed that this place has a four star review. It's probably only because you get 10% if you leave a review. Theres two other guys that work there that are cool guys but the guy that works during the day is just plain rude. I'm out of a $80 vape mod now.

One of my two $40 cbd cartridges I purchased this morning would not draw at all. It did manage to leak all over the place though. Staff was friendly at the shop but for such an expensive product, to not get any value is pretty weak. Will not purchase again since quality control of merchandise with no returns or exchanges allowed leaves the customer with too much risk.

Had a great experience here! The store is set up well with plenty of flavors and brands to pick from. Stosh and Kaelan were very helpful walking me through the different options and I will definitely be back. Highly recommend Just Vapor if you’re looking for good customer service and knowledgeable advice!
