Staff here is awesome. They ask all the right questions to get you set up with a product that suits you. "Tasting Bar" is a great feature as well. Super laid back atmosphere but still incredibly professional staff.

If you vape or want to start, come here. Compared to every other store I've been to, the staff is always super knowledgeable about everything, and they're always happy to answer all my stupid questions.

Great customer service, bought a replacement mod here and some juice. Helpful and honest staff, never tries to sell unnecessary mods or parts which is rare in this Industry! Store is organized and clean. Prices are a little higher than online distributors but they have to pay staff and a storefront rental. I definitely recommend this location over some other vape shops I've been to in Indy!

I walked in today knowing nothing except that I wanted help to quit smoking and figured vaping could help. I was helped out immediately and given full knowledge of what I was asking about. The staff was amazing, the people at the juice bar were super friendly. It is one of the most welcoming places I've ever been. I wasn't looking for it to be a friendly spot. I just thought it was like a smoke shop. It was just genuinely nice.

I absolutely love this vape shop. The personnel is knowledgeable and a fantastic group of people. I'll never forget the first time I walked into the store knowing nothing about vaping. They spent the time explaining everything to me. They set me up perfectly for a novice vaper. They have a buffet of vape juice flavors to choose from. They also have a section of juices on sale (buy one get one free) and I love that I earn points with each purchase and after a couple of visits I get money off my purchase. The only thing I would recommend is that they continue to carry Golden Ticket (Chocolate Milk) Vape juice as it's my all time favorite.

I sincerely enjoy the atmosphere at this place and the genuine, caring staff on at all times. It's a place where I can go and feel content with not smoking cigarettes anymore and feel extremely good about it.

Staff is very knowledgeable and will answer any question you have. Immense selection of juices, tanks, molds, and batteries and at reasonable prices. Ask them to test some of them out, they have sterile mouth pieces to use.

Great selection of vape juices, with the ability to try them all before you buy (for a very small fee). The main issue is price; Indy eCigs is quite expensive for rhw majority of their juices and vape products. If you're looking for a more exotic flavor or brand, they'll likely have it, but you'll be forking out for it. They offer a savings program, but even with that, the pricing is still pretty outrageous on the vast majority of juices. If they cut prices by 30%, I'd give it 5 stars. Rheb issue is, you can go to other shops very nearby and save said 30% without any savings program or discounts.

This is my local vape store and shop here every week. They decided last week they wanted to ID me and my boyfriend for the first time EVER after getting me everything I asked for. No big deal I'm of age, I had my Id my bf left his wallet in the car. We shop here once a week at least and I have a rewards account with them already put into the system at this point and they decide to kick my boyfriend out telling us he can't be in here since he doesn't have his ID. Usually I wouldn't be mad I understand fully. But to have never been asked for an id at this location and a group of me and my friends go in the previous week again no one asked for an id. I think it's horrible customer service. You are either going to id or not. Don't kick someone out who's never once been id in there before and who clearly looks of age to be in there. I've never had a problem with Indy e cig until now. They were extremely disrespectful. They also have no idea was CBD oil is I heard them telling a guy that it's just like "fake " marijuana. Note they cary cbd and know nothing about it
