Excellent customer service. I've tried to get started vaping in the past, and it usually leaves me $200 poorer, making a lot of decisions about products I don't understand, and takes at least an hour. I had a simple mod given to me by a friend and the staff had me up and running, and satisfied, in under ten minutes and for less than $75. I have found my shop, and I will be back. Edit: been back twice, done a little upgrading, the friendly and knowledgeable staff is always there, and they know what many businesses seem to have forgotten: keep your customers happy, and they will keep coming back. My satisfaction, I have felt, has always been the top of their priorities. I cannot recommend this place enough.
