I don't have anything bad to say about the actual shop, but the chick with the baby running around the store is rude as hell. She didn't even have the decency to acknowledge I was there and nobody else was even in the store. She was too busy yelling and cussing to someone on the phone, didn't sound like a business call to me. And if she's speaking that way in front of me, she obviously doesn't care what the kid hears. So sad for the toddler. Whoever runs this place should drop her quick if they want to keep the shop in business. Two thumbs way, way down!

Some of the people that work there don't know the most about the items they sell other than that quite an abundance of glasses large variety quite the selection and fair prices

I frequent Cosmic Clouds and can tell you that my experience has varied from very pleased to completely disgusted. There is a yound blonde haired man who is always friendly and super helpful. I've always had very positive experiences with him. There is a young lady, however, who usually has her totddler with her. This is very off-putting, as I am usually there to buy products of an adult nature and don't care to discuss these things while a child is present. I also had to leave once, as this same young lady was so engrossed in her phone conversation, in which she was arguing about the person on the other end calling DCFS and having her son taken away (again, with the toddler right there) she didn't even notice me leave. Just a friendly warning!
