This was my very first time in this store and I was beyond impressed. Unfortunately I failed to get the owner's name but she was so nice and helpful. I went in with my mom to (what I thought would be) quickly grab some juice and we ended up staying just talking and asking questions and taste testing for about an hour. Most importantly she never rushed us, took the time to help me decide on my next ADV flavor and in fact the one she helped me decide on was one of the more inexpensive instead of trying to sell me a more expensive juice. They seem to care more about the customer and their happiness and safety than making a sale. She was even kind enough to sell me a zero nicotine bottle and as some nic to it to make it a 1.5mg when she easily could've have sold me a 3mg since I'm still afraid to make the jump to zero. Or like most other places will tell you to buy two bottles and mix it yourself. That was amazing to me. Over all, fantastic first experience and I will most certainly be back as soon as possible. I'm really looking forward to getting to know everyone in there.

Vape Hangar on 5917 Roosevelt Blvd

Yesterday afternoon i took an employee to Vape Hangar to buy a vape to help him stop smoking. It was our first visit and the owner/manager was really helpful, took a lot of time explaining stuff he didn't need to. The unit was defective and the next day, Sunday, the store replaced the unit at no cost!!! My employee will be buying all his nicotine oil and accessories from Vape Hangar!!

The costumer service here was great.I didn't get the guy name that helped me but he was awesome.He took his time to help me out he even let me test the product and never rushed me.After I purchased my new vape he explained to me how to use and everything. I was impressed and will be visiting again.

Great place! Me and my fiancée have been there twice so far and everytime we’ve gone there the friendly Blackbeard was there to make our experience great! He even made our baby girl feel very welcome. I can’t wait to keep going back to this place.
