New Leaf Vapor on 13799 Beach Boulevard #101

From the atmosphere to the juice and hardware selection, this store in particular is my absolute favorite (Same goes for the Southside location). What really makes this place great, though, is the customer service. Every one of these cats deserve a raise and I'll tell you why: I could actually save money and time by going to a vapor shop closer to my residence, but I'm willing to make the extra drive and spend simply because these guys (and gal) are on point. Shoutout to the Fresh Prince who helped me out in the shop today and to Ryan who helped introduce me to the New Leaf brand. Kindness, courtesy and knowledge are words that come to mind. This shop writes the playbook for a smooth operation and other stores could and should take note.

I have been going to new leaf for over a year and a half now. I've tried other vape shops but nothing beats the atmosphere at new leaf. Big shout out to Alexa, Alan, Ashton, Chance, John and Steve. You all make the buying experience 1000x better than anywhere I've gone.

I love this place! My favorite juice is Pronto, it's a light creamy caramel, not too sweet. And the staff is fabulous! I bought a new mod online and they helped me figure it out LOL

Great place and awesome, intelligent staff. Ashton assisted me twice and was extremely helpful, had extensive knowledge on different items, answered all my questions, and recommend great juice. Definitely will be back. Thanks for the help Ashton and team.

I will start off by saying there products are great and I have been coming here since 2014. The reason I'm leaving this review is because my experience yesterday with the staff. I walked up at 5:59. Literally they locked the door with me walking up and didn't even acknowledge me, I looked at my phone again it just turned 6:00. I know everyone there and the old crew. I couldn't believe it. It was very rude. After that experience I'm no longer looking forward to going there.

Love everything about this store. Sales took as much time as necessary to explain features and benefits of each product. Always a pleasure to visit. Restroom available. Fill your favorite water bottle even. Parking can be challenging at times but that goes with the neighborhood. The prices of their e-juice is a little higher but seems more flavorful. They offer a smoking cessation incentive that is exceptional. Highly recommend

This is a more high end vape bar and shop, meaning u can smoke here, and also buy vape products. They have a small amount of juices in only a few brands, along with some mods, but those r kind of limited as well. Personally this isn't a place where I would go on a regular basis, and hang out, seems overrated. I never see alot of patrons actually sitting and vaping at the vape bar. This makes me feel like its not a great social place to b. Maybe they should have some kind of show or gathering where they offer some free stuff or something. Its quite classy but drab inside. Also, its in a horrible location, no wonder there not busy, everybody is chillin at birdies or rain dogs. On a lighter note the staff seem very friendly and professional. Great store layout, great quality cheapish products, and top notch service. I knew nothing about vaping and came in and these dudes taught me everything I needed to know. They'll let you try every flavor available. Great place. Absolutely come to this place if it's near you.
