Today was the 3rd time I have gone there during their hours of 12-6pm and no one is there. The door is locked. I am giving up on trying to buy oil here as they never seem to be open when they say they are.

Love this little hole in the wall! Place is seriously small but packs a big punch with some awesome flavors and great customer service. They are more than accommodating. When I needed coils that they didn't sell at this location Luke made sure to bring some over here for me which is awesome. It's the little things in life. Keep up the good work guys!

I was at Gateway Vape on January 5th and the young man there was very nice, he was not pushy or did not rush me. I am new to vaping because I am trying to quit smoking. I felt very comfortable there. He took his time explained everything to me and all my questions. I am definitely going back there. If you have not been there I recommend that you do!!

Ive been coming here since they opened, the staff is always friendly, and eager to help out. The facility is always clean, and they are always stocked with the products I need. A major difference from some of the other local shops ive been to. I would recommend this place to anyone who vapes.

The girl with the black hair was extremely nice and helpful! She’s very educated on the different types of devices, and recommended I try the new HQD bars and they are amazing. Not a fan of the Lush Ice but every other is a must!

I was searching for a vape that would fit a cartridge I had and was sold something that didn't fit. Once I got it home I was able to see the vape and cartridge were not compatible without even opening the product. I brought it back today still factory sealed and asked if I could exchange it (rather than refund) for something else that would work. She told me that she couldn't because it was over the 30 days. I asked her nicely if she would please double check with her boss but she said no. I'm not mad because they didn't exchange it (disappointed maybe) but what bothered me is that it was easier for her to tell me no than it was to pick up the phone and at least try to help the customer. I usually buy there because it's local and close by but I'll buy online from now on.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff! I was ready to quit smoking and they helped me with everything I needed and pointed me in the right direction. They have 2 locations which is nice. Would highly recommend people to go here for all your vaping needs!!

I'm only rating one star because I can't give 0. The store hours say 12 to 6 7 days but good luck finding someone there on time. They are always late I ho threw gateway alot for work. When I finally got in the store a couple weeks back there prices are way to high to even compete I'd recommend just ordering what you want online and waiting for the mail. I tried going back today to give them a second chance but they still weren't open on time. I'm done with this store and I would tell anyone I know to just go somewhere that opens on time.
