A few days ago I purchased several items. I had an issue with one of the products and returned to the store. Rob (the owner, I think) came over to assist. He took a look at the items and quickly exchanged it without a hassle. Customer service and experience is generally what determines where I spend my money - and that certainly applies here. Buy your juul pods here! I came in today to buy a pack of mint pods and opened it to find one of the pods was leaking pretty bad into the package. I went in and asked about getting a new pack since that’s a $4 pod just gone. The owner exchanged the pack with no problems and kept the customer happy as opposed to saving a few bucks. Definitely recommend this place! They will treat you well and fairly!

If your looking for a smoke shop, this is hands down the best is SWFL. They have a massive selection of quality products. The employees are knowledgeable and kind and really explain everything perfectly. Their pricing is competitive and right in line with where it should be. Sometimes it’s even better then online. I love their bonus wheel. Spend $30 and spin the wheel to win something extra. Clean shop, great decour. They also carry Juul pods and devices which can sometimes be hard to find at decent prices. My go to shop. Don’t waste your time anywhere else. Cirrus has it all.

Very friendly staff. Best prices around. I've visited about 4-5 other shops in the area and I have made Cirrus Smoke Shop my go-to place to purchase new items now. VERY fair on prices. The staff has always answered my questions and gave suggestions on things with out any hesitation.
