Good people working in there. Helped me find exactly what I needed. Turned out to have a better price than I found on the interwebs. Good job guys. I'll be back to grab my new setup soon. Also the caramel treat is really tasty.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! I have been a loyal customer since this business opened, I have stayed loyal even though they moved further away from where I live twice & even after they moved the 2nd time & the computer system didn’t transfer our rewards points so we lost all the points we accumulated. I’ve sent everyone I know to them, but I won’t ever make that mistake again because they do not care about their customers & won’t make things right when they sell defective products. I bought a new vape and the moment I walked out of the store I had issues with it, I called 4-5 time & brought it back the very next day followed by 4 other times with issues, but they refuse to exchange it for one that actually works. I spoke to the managers boss & she told me that all the issues I’ve had didn’t matter because the manager wasn’t there to physically see it happen even though the employee told the manager the issues & how many times I called and came in, so now I am stuck with a defective product that leaks all of the fluid out & wasted more of my money because I’m not just out the vape, I’ve also lost over 30ml of fluid! Saying I’m disappointed is an understatement!

I travel over 30 minutes to come here even though I live 5-10 minutes away from other vape stores. Levi has excellent customer service and genuinely cares. He will refill, clean, or help you with your ecig needs. He’s always friendly and caring. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Best vape store in town. We just upgraded. They took time to go over everything I could possibly need to know to vape, refill and recharge. The more advanced the system, the more knowledge is required. They have the products and the knowledge. I've been to three other stores browsing. Two of those were good stores, the one in the Forum was much interested in showing us how smart he was to take the time to actually explain it. That's not an issue at Downtown Vape.
